The Human Resources in FG-Digital takes up a highly significant role, adopting a proactive and innovative approach, influencing the strategic decisions of the Company.  In line with FG-Digital’s objectives and in cooperation with other departments, the Human Resources Department carries out contemporary Human Resources practices aimed at success.

The primary function of Human Resources Department in FG-Digital is to bring in qualified manpower, creating the infrastructure to ensure work satisfaction and high motivation in the workplace and improving the knowledge and skills of our employees to prepare them for higher level assignments in the future.

The activities of the Human Resources Department includes personnel selection and placement, training, remuneration, performance evaluation, career planning and social rights, personnel affairs and administrative affairs.

FG-Digital’s Human Resources policies include employing objective assessment methods starting with recruitment to provide a fair chance to all candidates, ensuring a proper working environment for occupational safety and health, creating a suitable working environment to improve work motivation and positive interpersonal relations, assigning employees to duties suitable for their knowledge and skills, organizing various activities to reinforce their commitment to their duties, developing means and opportunities of communication between employees and the administration, establishing regulations to improve employees’ productivity and efficiency, attaching importance to their personal and professional development starting from the orientation process, and supporting training organizations for this purpose.
